By creating an account or using DREADLIST you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can be here
DREADLIST is a mature, after-dark space. You must be at least 16 and old enough to use a service like this where you live. If you are not, do not be here.
Your account
Keep your password secret; your account is yours alone and you are responsible for what happens under it. Use a handle and details that are not misleading and do not impersonate someone else.
Be decent in the dark
No threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or incitement. Nothing that sexualises minors, glorifies real-world violence, or is illegal where you are. No spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service. Horror is welcome; harm is not.
Your words are yours
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to store, display, and back up your content so the service can work. Delete your account and your posts go with it.
Reports and moderation
We can hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Anyone can report a post, and enough open reports will auto-hide it pending a human review. We aim to be fair, not perfect.
Your privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The fee
Access is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. That fee is the entire business model: no ads, no selling data. Any refund is at the discretion of the operator and subject to the consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
No warranty
DREADLIST is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or that it will suit a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of DREADLIST. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
These terms can change
We may update these terms as the place evolves. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version, and continuing to use DREADLIST after a change means you accept it.
